We’ve always felt the pressure of giving feedback or tipping right in front of the person providing a service to you, but this is next-level.
This young woman was working from home when she was getting her new bed frame delivered from the company Living Spaces. It’s unclear if the delivery men work directly for the company or are contracted via a third-party service, but either way, they really wanted to make sure she gave them a good rating.
She said they did a fine job, but that didn’t stop them from basically cornering her in her own bedroom and intimidating her into committing to giving them a “10” when the survey was later emailed to her.
