When we tell you someone is an artist who could be mistaken as a homeless person, you would likely be picturing someone like this guy, Chapman Hamborg.
So what would you do if you saw him, or someone who looks like him with long hair, a man bun and a bushy beard, walking around your neighborhood with a baby? Well, one woman who lives near him ended up calling the police as she thought he was a “homeless man” who stole the child.
Hamborg ended up getting a video of him telling his wife what was going on as he was grabbing his ID to show police as well as his interaction with the officer. All was good, but has something like this ever happened to you?
