If you were paying attention to the NFL Draft you were either surprised, saddened or happy about the fact that Deion Sanders’ son, Shedeur, didn’t end up being picked until the third and final day. As he was the 144th pick and will end up playing for the Browns, you can imagine the confusion when he got a prank call on his private draft phone by a guy claiming to be the GM of the Saints.
Cameras were rolling when he thought he was being picked next, but ultimately caught on that something was amiss when the line went dead. Turns out, the caller was a 21-year-old son of the Atlanta Falcons’ defensive coordinator. He’s since apologized on social media and the NFL is currently investigating how the kid go the phone number in the first place.
