We always hear stories of pets making incredible journeys after going missing and being reunited with their families weeks, months, or YEARS later. This time, we have a cat names Sunny-Loo who spent three weeks stuck in a sofa!
Sunny Loo’s military family was moving from Washington state to Colorado but when they tried to find her the day movers showed up, she was nowhere to be found, despite everyone’s best efforts. As it turned out, she had crawled into a hold in the fabric of their sofa and waited in a storage unit to ride across the country in the back of a moving truck. When the furniture arrived weeks after the family, they heard a “meow” inside the couch and, BEHOLD, Sunny Loo was alive!
