Tom Petty has been honored with a new display at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville. The collection is titled, Tom Petty: Where I Come From, and it features various artifacts from the celebrated musician’s distinguished career. The display includes Petty’s beloved Gretsch Roundup guitar, a jacket worn during the historic 1985 Live Aid concert, and handwritten lyrics for “Southern Accents,” the title track of his 1985 album which was recently covered by country legend Dolly Parton. Petty collaborated with numerous members of the Country Music Hall of Fame, including Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, George Strait, and Marty Stuart, and this new display pays homage to Petty’s continued influence on country artists in the modern era. What's the WORST part of going to a concert in Nashville now?
Parking costs more than the ticket
Waiting 45 minutes for an Uber that smells like weed
Post-show traffic that somehow still exists at 11pm on a Tuesday
The “convenience fee” being more inconvenient than convenient
Trying to leave Bridgestone with 18,000 other people at once
Voting Ends: Never
