Yes that happened and no it didn’t happen in Florida. It happened in the armpit of the Midwest-Indiana. A trooper in Vincennes, IN reported seeing 51-year-old John McKee driving a Power Wheels Jeep in the roadway around 9 p.m. on Aug. 23. The man was arrested under suspicion of DUI and being under the influence of Meth and Marijuana.
