Yep, the car ran from police in Richmond,CA(East Bay North of Oakland). That has to be the 1st time for a driver-less car to be pulled over(it was driving at night without its lights on). Probably a first time for the cop seeing NO ONE in the car. It took off,but actually drove to a safer location and turned on its hazards.
