Its a 300 level class cause it more difficult to do this. I mean ya gotta be a Doctor…and have access to a surgery room. It worked, for the time being anyway. I love when the judge says “I do NOT feel comfortable for the welfare of a patient if you’re in the process of operating that I would put on a trial notwithstanding that the officer is present.” AKA-seriously dude, just call and say you have surgery. You don’t have to go to this length to prove it. Also, he’s not off…the trial is just delayed until a time in which your don’t have surgery.
