300 EntertainmentWith tours and festivals getting canceled and postponed due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, Highly Suspect frontman Johnny Stevens plans to get writing again.
“I am blessed to have the tools to write new songs and a roof over my head to do that under,” Stevens says.
In addition to not being able to play live shows, Stevens isn’t, as he puts it, “even allowed to go to bars anymore” due to regulations designed to slow the spread of the disease.
“I’m just gonna stay home and get creative,” he says.
This burst of creativity comes after Highly Suspect’s March run of U.K. shows was postponed. The band is scheduled to launch a U.S. tour April 17 in Minneapolis, which is so far still on.
Highly Suspect just released their third studio album, MCID, last November. It includes the singles “16” and “These Days.”
