Credit: P.R. BrownEvanescence has postponed the band’s upcoming European co-headlining tour with Within Temptation due to COVID-19 coronavirus.
The outing, which was set to kick off in April, has been pushed to the fall.
“We are disappointed to make you wait, but fully agree that your health, safety and lives are more important than a concert,” Amy Lee and company write in a statement.
There is good news, however: new Evanescence music is the works. The “Bring Me to Life” rockers plan to release the first preview of their upcoming album “very soon.”
“[We] are going to turn our full focus toward that [until] the show can go on,” they write. “Stay tuned for new dates and new music.”
