Ya ever heard that phrase “with age comes wisdom?” 54 year old Barry Lee Jones of Hickory Ridge, NC sure hasn’t. He was arrested recently for attacking a 17 year old. A FIFTY-FOUR YEAR OLD! In the video, it looks like he was upset(ya think) after an illegal wrestling move was performed on his son. Did he yell at the ref, complain to school officials that his son’s opponent shouldn’t be allowed to wrestle, OR did he say “Y’all wanna see uh sumtin eel-leegul, dangit…Hold My Beer.” Barry Lee Jones rushed the mat and blindsided a 17 year old kid. He was arrested after he was subdued and charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct, and he was later released from jail on $1,000 bond. I bet BJ(Barry Jr) had quite the talking-to with his old man once BS(Barry Sr) got home from jail. Did he give him a whooping or give him something that will sting for much longer-the dreaded “I’m so disappointed with your actions tonight” talk. That kid seriously cannot wrestler ever again. Can you imagine the taunting he’s gonna get? “How hard is your Dad gonna hit be after I beat you?” “Does your Dad fight all of your fights or just the ones you lose?” “Your Mom’s hot! Ah crap, did your Dad hear that and now he’s gonna come hit me?” “What’s your Dad’s favorite movie, is it Blindside?” The list goes on and on-you know how cruel and stingingly accurate high school kids can be. I have no conformation, but I wouldn’t doubt it if this guy is a Kansas grad.(See video Dagwood posted for that reference)
