Eric Steele’s Rock Guide to Christmas Music.

You may notice we don’t play Christmas music and well your welcome!  At least this year Thanksgiving was late so we didn’t have a really long lead up to Christmas with nonstop Christmas music at the mall or coming from your annoying co-workers cubicle.  Most Christmas music has been done and beaten to submission like a really bad MMF fighter all bloody and unconscious on the mat.   Well, there are some cool rock Christmas songs if you really need to scratch that itch.  Here’s my guide to song cool rock Christmas songs.

1. The Kinks-“Father Christmas”   Its a classic,but its not that depressing John Lennon “what have you done’ self reflective BS.  Its just a good angry rock/punk Christmas song.

2. Steel Panther “The Stocking  Song”  If ya wanna slow it down and get sexy with your partner while still getting a Christmas vibe, this’ll do it!

3. Psychostick-“Zombie Claus” is the newest addition to the rock Christmas list.  This is a parody of “Dragula.”  Yeah, its a parody, but damn is it good!

4. Dropkick Murphy’s “The Season’s Upon Us”  Wanna feel festive and a little exotic?  Maybe you’d like to add some mayhem to your Christmas playlist? Let the Irish guys from Baaastin “spice” up your Christmas music.  The video is pretty damn good too!

5.Adam Sandler- “The Chanukah Song” Lets say you don’t celebrate Christmas and you need something rocking.  Enter Adam Sandler and the favorite of everyone celebrating Chanukah and even of some who don’t.  Honest quersition?  How many of you just realized Chanukah is spelled with a “C?”
