Man uses beer boxes as his license plate.

And gets busted for his FOURTH OWI(in Wisconsin they call them Operating While Intoxicated)! This story had to happen in Wisconsin.  Every time a list about drunkest cities comes out Wisconsin constantly lands several cities on that list.  The last time I saw a list of “20  Drunkest Cities,” Wisconsin had 12 cities on there!  So my man in America’s Drunkland apparently hasn’t heard of Uber/Lyft/taxis.  That’s what they’re there for…to drive your drunk butt home!  Safer and cheaper than driving drunk yourself…that is unless your driver is drunk himself. So, this guy gets pulled over in Chippewa Falls(I’ll tell ya why that sounds familiar later)for swerving across the road.  Upon examination the officer realizes not only are the plates not registered to the vehicle they are on, they aren’t even real license plates!  The guy made them out of Hamm’s beer boxes!

Ya see that dig in there?  “Maybe they are legal in THE LAND OF SKY BLUE WATERS?”  Problem was this guy was in Chippewa Falls-Jake’s land…not Hamm’s.  Jake Leinenkugel has his brewery there in Chippea Falls…he’s not letting that happen in his backyard!  It was either a conspiracy OR this guy is just a drunk and needs to quit driving!  Probably the latter.

PS-if anybody from Leinenkugel is reading this, I am a HUGE fan of all your beers! I actually have a six pack of Snowdrift Vanilla Porter waiting for me in my fridge at home!
