Best Halloween Costume(for a meteorologist) ever?

I am a grown man and I still love dressing up for Halloween.  Just because you have to work doesn’t mean you can’t dress up.  Just ask this meteorologist from Canada.  The funniest thing about this costume, not the costume itself but the reaction it got from his co-workers!  Couple of the anchors might have needed to hit the oxygen tank cause it sounded like they could barely breathe! I want to see Justin Chambers do this next year! Hope you had a very Happy Halloween and may you never be too old to dress up and have fun on Halloween!
