The Facebook post which gathered over 2 million people saying they were storming Area 51 was a joke. It was started as a joke and shortly after it was published was confirmed to be a joke. The US Gov’t and the small town of Rachel(spelled wrong), NV didn’t treat it as a joke though. They were preparing for a huge mass of people! How many showed up? Not 2 million, not even 20,000! Early estimates are around 2,000 people showed up with(as of the last check)only 2 arrests. Still more people showed up than at Woodstock 50.
