Man…we all did a little happy dance when we posted about a month ago that scooters were banned from Nashville. Ever since, a few of those scooter companies have done whatever they possibly can to keep them around.
FOX 17 says,
The vote was unanimous with four abstentions for a bill that would allow scooters to stay in Music City — that is until a selection process will allow just three scooter companies to operate in the city.

Apparently the number of total scooters in town (roughly 4,150… not counting the ones thrown in creeks and dumpsters) will be cut in half.
There will be a curfew on how late they can be used: 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends.
