The question mark is there because…did he? It is an obvious set-up,but the guy doesn’t even sell it. Why go through the fake falling if you’re not gonna fall? Just lay down and say you fell. Doesn’t matter either way cause we can see what happened. There’s this new thing called “security cameras.” Scammers are like magicians- when its well done you’d swear its real. If it is poorly executed, you can tell just how fake it is. I truly believe they should let this guy file his lawsuit for falling,have a trial, award him all the money he sued for and then just yell “HA, now you actually did fall for something!” But Eric(you’re thinking), won’t the guy have seen the video all over the internet and know he doesn’t have a shot? My guess is no, if he doesn’t realize there are security cameras and can’t sell a fall…he’s probably not to bright and hasn’t heard of the internet yet either.
