There’s nothing I love more than driving through the beautiful country side here in Tennessee or out by Mill Creek, or out on Percy Priest, or Old Hickory lake and seeing all the plastic bags littering the place. It’s absolutely gorgeous! Did you pick up on the sarcasm there? I try to remember to keep my reusable bags with me or grab them when I head to the grocery. If I don’t have them I make an effort to get paper bags. Well now, An ordinance amending Title 6 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws by inserting new chapter 6.73 to prohibit retail establishments from providing to customers single-use plastic carryout bags! It’s probably a little late, but better than never. For more on what the bill contains and how it pertains to shoppers and retailers hit the link HERE for metro.org.

What's the WORST part of going to a concert in Nashville now?
Parking costs more than the ticket
Waiting 45 minutes for an Uber that smells like weed
Post-show traffic that somehow still exists at 11pm on a Tuesday
The “convenience fee” being more inconvenient than convenient
Trying to leave Bridgestone with 18,000 other people at once
Voting Ends: Never
