This is my kind of science! According to a recent study , led by University of California neurologist Claudia Kawas, tracked 1,700 nonagenarians enrolled in the 90+ Study that began in 2003 to explore impacts of daily habits on longevity. Researchers discovered that subjects who drank about two glasses of beer or wine a day were 18 percent less likely to experience a premature death, the Independent reports. Red wine for blood pressure and beer for longevity…done and done! I know drinkers are rejoicing, but is this honestly anything we didn’t know? It’s been known for years that in moderation alcohol can be good. Other studies have proven chemicals get released in our brains when we drink beer that make us happy so beer+happiness=long life. Of course if you miss a few days you can’t make up for it on the weekend!
In summation, a couple beers a day is good. Too many, you end up like this…
