Cranberries lead singer Dolores O’Riordan passed away recently at the age of 46. Her rep said she died “suddenly” and cops are treating the death as “unexplained” for now. The band “Bad Wolves” were set to have her sing on their cover and have released their cover as a tribute to O’Riordan. “It was the greatest honor to know she liked our version and wanted to sing on it,” says Bad Wolves singer Tommy Vext. “We’re deeply saddened by the sudden loss of Dolores and by the fact that she’s leaving behind three children so we are donating the proceeds from the song to her kids.” If Bad Wolves lead singer Tommy Vext sounds familiar, he should. He’s been in a lot of bands including Divine Heresy, Snot, Bad Wolves and even filled in for Ivan Moody as the front man for Five Finger Death Punch.
The touching and solemn cover is below.
