You don’t hear much about Krist Novoselic, the co-founder of Nirvana with Kurt Cobain, but he has kept himself busy since the end of Nirvana. He formed a band in 95 called Sweet 75, directed a movie; L7 The Beauty Process, played in No WTO combo with Kim Thayil, guitarist of Soundgarden, Gotten together with Dave Grohl and played on some Foo songs (Dave asked Krist to be the bassist in Foo, but Krist declined stating people would refer to it as “the second Nirvana”). He’s dabbled in politics and even considered running for Lieutenant Governor in Washington. But now Krist has a new band. Giants in The Trees. And there’s a new song called “Sasquatch.”
