Rockstars have crazy schedules. Going from town to town, sleeping weird hours and having the days kinda run together. It happens to the best of them. They call out the wrong city or state. Happened recently to Corey Taylor. “So let me ask you one more f–king time — Oregon, is that you?! It’s very f–king good to be here for the first time with Stone Sour. Did you miss Stone Sour in Oregon?” The kicker? This was the second consecutive date in Idaho, the first being in Nampa, which is closer to the Idaho / Oregon border. Pocatello lies east of Nampa with Wyoming and Utah being the nearest states. Also, Oregon is not on Stone Sour’s current tour routing. Taylor realized his mistake and after “Made of Scars” offered up an apology to the fans, laughing along the way. As seen in the video below, the frontman said, “You know what’s funny? I’ve been doing this a long f–king time. This is the second time I’ve done this.” Correcting himself, he screamed, “Idaho, is that you?!” The crowd responded with an overwhelming roar and the singer continued, “I am so f–king sorry, my friends. Jesus Christ. Come on, make some noise, get it out of your f–king system. Let me hear it!”
