Ouch… Judge goes savage when ruling on a civil case!
A woman was trying to sue a club after falling down the stairs, but this judge wasn’t having it! The judge threw in a few jabs whilst throwing out her claim.
“Mrs Hussein, at 115kg, must have taken up much of the width of the stairway. But for some inexplicable reason, she did not use the handrail… In her inebriated, obese state on three-inch platforms, that would be an obvious, simple step for anyone presented with what they saw as a hazard.” (independent.co.uk)
Btw… 115kg is about 253 pounds.
