When it comes to toppings on pizza, some prefer just cheese. I like to run the full gamut. Load that bad boy up with spinach, pepperoni, green peppers, black and green olives, onions, sundried tomato’s, and so forth. The only thing I’m not down for is sardines. But pineapple on a ham pizza is just fine with me. But in Iceland, if their president had his say and could pass a law, he would ban it as a topping. The president, who is a former history teacher was visiting with children at a school and took questions from the kids. He was asked about his feelings about the delicious fruit as a topping on pizza and his response was “he was fundamentally opposed to putting pineapple on top of a pizza. Then he went one step further, announcing that he would pass a ban on pineapple as a pizza topping if he had the power to pass laws on his own. How do you feel about this subject?
