Probably not… but a research project conducted in France showed a diet of corn was turning hamsters into deranged cannibals that devour their young! The study also showed these same hamsters started suffering from other medical conditions, like dementia.

Now some good news… Hamsters, or other rodents for that matter, probably won’t experience this type of diet without a controlled environment. So don’t worry, the cannibalistic rodents shouldn’t be big issue. Although… isn’t this like one of those stories in a movie that marks the beginning of a zombie apocalypse? Maybe we should be nervous…
