16 Million people either call out sick or just bail on work the Monday following the Superbowl. A $1 Billion loss of productivity occurs the day after. So what is Kraft-Heinz doing to combat this? Well 1. they aren’t going to spend $5 million on a Superbowl ad, but instead, the company is giving it’s entire U.S. workforce (That’s 42,000 people) the day off!! And B.
