Leading roles in major flicks are becoming a thing for Jared Leto. The Joker in Suicide Squad; challenge accepted. Now, he’ll be in an upcoming biopic of Andy Warhol, and yes, playing the lead role, and co-producing it too, as if that wasn’t enough!
Jared Leto will be uniting with notable producers Michael De Luca and Terence Winter. The upcoming new flick will be based on the life of Andy Warhol, a known pop artist that was popular in the 60s. The guy made incredible art from a soup can!

Warhol himself managed Lou Reed’s Velvet Underground for a while. In later years, he was a fixture in New York’s famed Studio 54 nightclub scene and mentored a new generation of artists, such as Jean-Michel Basquiat, before dying in 1987.
