5@5: Divine Approval To Drive Fast, On A Mission From God?

Did he have a full tank of gas & half-a-pack of cigarettes? Was it dark? Was he wearing sunglasses?  Cause if so…

Story is out of Louisiana…

“Dylan Christopher Thompson, 20, of the 5900 block of Tall Pine Drive, told deputies after he was captured that God had been telling him to drive fast that day, and that other motorists on Keyser Avenue were leading him to drive fast, according to a sheriff’s office release.” (thetowntalk.com)

And no… the excuse didn’t work. Thompson was booked on multiple charges, including simple kidnapping!  Looks like speeding wasn’t the only thing God had him doing…
