Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan will embark on a book tour this fall in support of his forthcoming biography, A Perfect Union of Contrary Things. So far, the tour only includes two dates: November 9 at Nashville’s City Winery and November 16 at Chicago’s Empty Bottle. Additional stops will be announced soon.
The live dates will feature a moderated discussion in which Keenan will speak about A Perfect Union of Contrary Things. He’ll also be reading excerpts, and answering questions from the audience.
A Perfect Union of Contrary Things, which Keenan co-wrote with longtime friend Sarah Jensen, will be released November 8.
Leading up to the release of A Perfect Union of Contrary Things, Tool will play a trio of U.S. headlining tour dates in October. The band will also headline the Aftershock and Voodoo Music + Arts Experience festivals.
