A 21-year-old man in China was arrested for doing just that… This wasn’t the first time either! The man who has only been identified as Guo admitted that this was his third time he used his costume to scare off prostitutes in an attempt to stop his father from wasting money on them. The outfit included a Taser, plastic pistol, padded vest, toy handcuffs, a fake electric baton and a counterfeit badge. Police were called after witnesses reported the man using his Taser to frighten a passer-by’s dog.
