Well, sure. According to this study (which originally came out 8 months ago!), A component in the wine, resveratrol, was seen to improve physical performance, heart function and muscle strength similar to the affect exercise has on the body.
I don’t think I’m gonna get up at 5:30 each morning and have a glass of red before I come to work, cause…it’s me. I’ll have a whole bottle….
