I hate to be the person to remind everyone, but our favorite time of year is around the corner. Yes. Winter is coming! I hate, nay, despise winter! Weather predictions for this years season are in and there are differing opinions. Which do you believe? The Old Farmers Almanac calls for above-normal snow and below-normal temperatures for much of New England; icy conditions in parts of the South; and frigid weather in the Midwest. The snowiest periods in the Pacific Northwest will be in mid-December, early to mid-January and mid- to late February, the almanac predicts. NOAA calls for Below average temperatures in parts of the south-central and southeastern United States, while above-average temperatures are most likely in the western U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and New England, according to the U.S. Winter Outlook, issued today by NOAA’s Climate Prediction Center.
Which do you believe is right. All I know, is I! Hate! The!Cold!
