Being from Iowa, I was happy to hear about this. Cause, hey, you never know what’s gonna happen at family functions! And if I have a few too many and walk outside I often wonder if I will get into trouble. Well, Iowa’s Supreme Court has ruled that your front porch is NOT in public and therefore you cannot get a Public Intox charge!
