The ‘Big Game’ this year has the defending champion Seattle Seahawks taking on the New England Patriots, with both teams having a Tennessee connection. First For the Seahawks, Hendersonville native Golden Tate and the Patriots having University of Tennessee alum Jerod Mayo representing. Well that’s all fine and dandy, but there’s also another game going on that day that will feature two ‘players’ from Tennessee! Mr. Fantastic and Miss Martian will be taking part in Animal Planets Puppy bowl!! Mr. Fantastic is a Rottweiler-terrier mix, and Miss Martian is a coonhound mix. Since I have a coonhound myself, I’ll be pulling for Miss Martian! The game airs on Animal Planet from 3 to 5 p.m.
Tennessee will be well represented on February 1st! Good luck to all involved.
