WTF? Funny, Sad, Scary? Stay in school kids? [VIDEO]

So I came across this video, and not quite sure of the message.  Does it mean learn to read kids, or perhaps don’t cut class kids, or watch your step?  Is it funny, poignant, horrific?  This is one video that just plain has me on the fence.
