Looks like there will be even more construction downtown alongside the Cumberland… Now what are they gonna do with it?!
According to WKRN, “The 45-acre site on the east bank has recently been serving as a recycling center, processing scrap metal. It’s a landmark that has mostly stayed the same for decades while downtown Nashville has transformed.” Apparently, there’s no word on what the buyer plans to do with the site moving forward.
