Survey Finds 1 In 5 Americans Secretly Use AI At Work

A recent survey of 1,000 American business owners, marketers, and salespeople revealed that one in five individuals are secretly using AI tools at work, even in the absence of an official policy. The study, commissioned by ActiveCampaign and conducted by Talker Research, found that 77% of respondents believe that utilizing AI tools boosts their confidence in the quality of their work. Additionally, 75% believe that integrating AI into their business operations can enhance competitiveness against larger companies. The survey also highlighted that 82% of those using AI at work are primarily utilizing it for marketing purposes. Despite the benefits, 20% still feel the need to clandestinely incorporate AI into their tasks due to lack of official permission. (Talkerresearch)
