Three out of four people are now prioritizing feeling good on the inside, according to a survey of 2,000 individuals. The study revealed that 77% of respondents prioritize inner well-being over outward appearance. In 2025, 30% of participants have adopted a more mindful health approach, focusing on bodily cues, mental processes, and emotional responses. The research, conducted by Talker Research for Metagenics, also found that over a quarter of respondents have started taking their inner health seriously in the past year.
