Complaining ain’t free!!
Think of how much of a difference it would make if all restaurants charged a fee for complaining about the food. We don’t know what restaurant did this and where, but they’re not messing around, because they’ll actually charge you for complaining! This woman posted to Reddit, where there is, in fact, 5 bucks tacked onto her receipt, and it blatantly says “bitching fee.”
In the comments, she said, “I ordered a Miller Lite and she gave me a Bud Light. But since she had already opened the Bud Light while walking towards my table she couldn’t just swap it out. She had to eat the Bud Light, giving it to me for free and then got me a Miller on top of it. Honestly, there wasn’t any bitching involved so I don’t know what that was about. I wasn’t even going to complain, but my friend spoke up forcing me to point out her mistake.”
So, since she’s “bitching” about the bitching fee, does she now owe them an extra $10?
