Language-learning app Duolingo shocked social media two weeks ago with news of its mascot’s death. Duo the owl apparently died when he was hit by a Cybertruck. However, it appears Duo has risen from the dead. Social media posts from multiple official accounts worldwide show the owl being resurrected with chants and emerging from the grave. “Faking my death was the test,” one social media caption reads, “and you all passed.” “Faking your death to see if people cared.
