It happens every year!!!!!! Someone’s Halloween display was SO GOOD that people actual file complaints about it.
This house in Bowie, Maryland has a little *too* good of a Halloween setup, because many of his neighbors aren’t happy about it. This guy went all out with a TON of decorations in his front yard, but one in particular has gotten the neighbors riled up: A fake body hanging from a tree in a bodybag.
