The most feel-good story we’ve seen in a while!!
This husky from an animal shelter in Nebraska, named Bret Michaels, was adopted by the actual Bret Michaels. But don’t worry, it gets even cuter.
The shelter had taken in a tiny 4-week old kitten that seemed “off.” In the Facebook post below, they said the kitten was “wobbly, weak, and lethargic.” Bret the dog had just gotten bloodwork done and would be a good candidate to donate blood to the kitten, and after one transfusion, the kitten is recovering well.
Soon after the story was posted online, the actual Bret Michaels reached out to the shelter, and according to Bret’s Facebook page, Bret Michaels and “Bret Michaels” now have a home together. Everyone go awwwwwwwwwwww!
