The event is set to take place December 19, 2021, in São Paulo, and will be headlined by the masked metallers themselves. A full lineup will be announced at a later date.

Slipknot is also planning to bring Knotfest to Chile and Colombia next year.
In 2020, Slipknot was supposed to launch a U.S. Knotfest Roadshow tour, as well as the inaugural Knotfest U.K. and Knotfest at Sea concert cruise. However, those plans were all scrapped due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
