Jack White Pays Tribute to Eddie Van Halen on SNL [VIDEO]

i thought it could be a nice gesture for me to use this blue eddie van halen model guitar for one of the songs tonight on SNL. the guitar was designed by eddie (with a few customizations i had added). eddie was very kind to me and saw to it that this guitar was made for me to my specs. i wont even insult the man’s talent by trying to play one of his songs tonight. thanks again eddie for this guitar and rest in peace sir.

Did you happen to catch SNL this past weekend? I didn’t either, but that’s what YouTube is for.

Although, I wish I could’ve seen this one live… Jack is an insane musician, especially live, so automatically I would expect a good show, but after throwing in a tribute to EVH along with it, it made it even better.

Jack was a last-minute musical guest when some country singer broke some Covid rules (or something) and got booted from the show.
