Credit: Wombat FireBreaking Benjamin has shared a video capturing the band’s live cover of Alice in Chains‘ “Would?”, featuring guest vocals from Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale.
The collaborative performance was recorded in February during Breaking Benjamin’s show in Reno, Nevada — back when live shows were still a thing. In introducing Rossdale to the stage, Breaking Benjamin vocalist Benjamin Burnley told the crowd about the time he saw Bush live when he was a teenager, and was in complete awe.
“This is surreal right now for me,” Burnley said alongside a smiling Rossdale. “If I f*** up tonight it’s because I’m singing onstage with Gavin Rossdale. You guys are gonna have to forgive me for that.”
