Rolling Stone has released their list of the top 100 singers of all time and there are plenty of rock singers included and debate about more that should have been included.
Steven Tyler (99), John Fogerty (72), and Axl Rose (64) join a list filled with some of the biggest artist of all time, spanning across a wide range of every genre of music. The artist that each musician influenced is also included on the list, proving that it has always paid to be an “influencer.”
Roger Daltrey, Bruce Springsteen, and Bono all make appearances before Freddie Mercury and Robert plant help round out the top 20, but on social media and throughout the internet there are strong arguments for some omissions including Chris Cornell of Soundgarden and Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam.
