Do you believe it?
Catfish & The Bottlemen just finished hammering out their new album, The Ride, which hits shelves on May 27th. Turns out they had some unexpected, yet not unwelcomed company during the recording process.
Johnny Bond, member of the band, told Beats 1:
“In LA, Ryan Adams told us a story of how Sunset Sounds studio is haunted, as is his studio above it. Our guitar tech, Larry, went in the second live room at Sunset Sounds a few days later and is 100% certain that he felt a spirit of sorts, and that it was Jim Morrison! The Doors actually recorded in that room. That’s where he laid his vocals down.”
Clash has more of the story here.
