So im getting to go to the USMC headquaters in Paris Island S.C. for 3 days to see what marines go though while training. They will be putting me through boot camp and making my life suck but the best part is i asked them to let me shoot some of their weapons and not surprisingly they said yes...i mean when you get to go to the place were fighting is an occupation who doesnt want to shoot things, so if youve been in the marine core let me know what to expect. I have to eat the food a trainee eats and do the drills and workouts so let me know some tips for physical and mental survival. I will be going late january and we will be posting the videos on our website 1029thebuzz.com. that way if your thinking about joining the USMC you can see what a recruit really goes through while training and make a more educated decision before deciding what to do.

Ok this is the first blog ive ever written so this will probably suck...i just think blog is a wierd word, it makes me think of The Revolting Blob from Billy Madison so i never thought about starting one, i will try to keep them interesting and random for the most part. Anyway i just wanted to say thanks for stopping by the website and for listening/supporting 102.9. Also seeing as how i almost failed most of my english classes in college i am not a grammar nazi. I dont use commas and semi-colons in the proper context so i wont expect that in return. Please however make anything you write legible. Wingdings is fun and all but i cant read jibberish, i do however speak the long lost language of sarcasm fluently so you can include that if you want.
