The Rules
(We), (Us), (Our) in the following document refers to
WBUZ-WVNS, WYCQ, Inc., the Cromwell Group, Montgomery Broadcasting, its officers and directors, the employees and agents, any affiliated or sponsoring company (ies). (You or Your or Winner) refers to contestant.All contests on WBUZ & WVNS are open to everyone who lives or works in the listening area, except for employees of the Cromwell Group and their families as well as employees and families of sponsors for both on-air and on-site promotions. Unless otherwise noted, certain additional rules may apply to all contests, and rules are subject to change. Occasionally, record companies, who are identified on specific promotions for which the prizes are awarded, supply promotional items given away on WBUZ, WVNS. This package is being provided, in part by Yamaha/ Suzuki of Cool Springs. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to win, unless otherwise specified. PROPER IDENTIFICATION IS REQUIRED TO CLAIM PRIZES. Winners are responsible for any and all applicable state, local and federal taxes incurred by accepting prize(s). By accepting prize(s), winner agrees that their recorded voice or image and name may be used for promotional purposes, not as an endorsement of a product or business, in order to complete the promotion.
Prize Winner(s) receives: Noted on schedule of reimbursable prizes section herein.
Yamaha/ Suzuki of Cool Springs is an official sponsor for this contest and reserves the right to refuse entry to contest based on individual company and/or store location policies. (We) shall not be held liable in that event. This prize is provided specifically as stated in the individual contest promotion for the specified winner.
To enter this promotion contestant must be present to enter on site at Yamaha/ Suzuki of Cool Springs located at 1017 McEwen Drive, Franklin, TN 37067 on Saturday, March 22, 2008 between 12pm and 4pm. Contest limited to the first 800 people. (We) reserve the right to change the number of contestants as necessary.
ALL contestants enter into this contest of their own free will and do so at their own risk. (We) shall not be held liable for property damage, personal loss or injury of any kind. By entering this contest you accept and agree to the contest rules and release any and all claims, demands and causes of action of any nature whatsoever against us arising out of or in connection with the contest or prize. Package is given away as stated. Winner must accept package as noted herein. Should contestant refuse any prize in the package, we will not provide replacement prizes and winner forfeits package. For on site registrants, Yamaha/ Suzuki of Cool Springs reserves the right to reject contestants who they feel violates their company policies and/or facility standards of conduct and standards of conduct based on common community standards. Payout of prize(s) is governed under policies set forth by SCA Promotions, Inc.

Entry Requirements & Specific On-Site Game Rules
Beginning at 12:00 pm CST and ending at 4:00 pm CST, Saturday, March 22, 2008 or when 800 scratch cards have been distributed (whichever comes first). Sponsor representatives will distribute scratch cards at Yamaha/ Suzuki of Cool Springs in Franklin, Tennessee.
Scratch cards are non-transferable and may only be played by the person to whom distributed by Sponsor. Play by gently rubbing off the latex covering over 5 and only 5 of the 25 latex squares on the face of the scratch card. If you reveal 5 identical “money bag $” symbols, you have a winning scratch card, subject to verification. Scratch card is void and will not be eligible for prize redemption if (i) more than five (5) squares and the “special play” box have been revealed, in whole or in part, or (ii) there are any marks or scratches on the card, other than the five (5) revealed squares and “special play” box. See also Paragraph 6 Disqualification.
All contestants (winning or non winning) are eligible for the Grand Prize of the Suzuki Sports bike) Contestant will fill out name, address, phone, etc. on back of scratch card and hand card to Sponsor representative. One card from all entries will be pulled at 4:00 PM to 4:15 PM CST on March 22, 2008. This card is the Grand Prize winning card. Contest winner MUST BE PRESENT AT 4:00 for Grand Prize drawing.
Each contestant will receive only One Money Madness scratch card.
Prizes will be awarded for “Money Madness” as noted in schedule of prizes.
NO Purchase necessary.
Must be eighteen (18) years of age to win.
POSITIVE valid government issued ID may be required for proof of age.
The total number of contestants may not exceed: Eight hundred (800)
SCHEDULE OF REIMBURSABLE PRIZES:
Scratch 5 out of 5 money bags and win $1000,
(2 $1000 prizes available to win 12p-4p CST.
PRIZE(S) ODDS:
PRIZE(S) / ODDS: There are (800) scratch cards available. Odds of correctly revealing five (5) identical “Money bag $” symbols on a scratch card are approximately 1:53,130. There is a maximum of two payouts of $1000 for winning scratch cards. Only the first two (2) contestants, if any, who correctly submit a winning scratch card with required claim documentation will be awarded a prize. UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED. Prizes are not cumulative. Only the highest prize won will be awarded to a single contestant. Odds of winning the Grand Prize of a Suzuki Sportbike valued at no more than retail price of $9,999 depends on number of entries. A maximum of one (1) prize is available to be won. Taxes, fees or other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner(s). By accepting a prize, winner(s) release and discharge WBUZ/ WVNS/ WYCQ Inc, NHouse, Yamaha/ Suzuki of Cool Springs), SCA Promotions, Inc., affiliated companies and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all their respective employees, officers,
directors, representatives and agents from any liability or damage due in whole or in part to the award, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or from participation in this Promotion.NOTIFICATION AND AWARDING OF PRIZES:
NOTIFICATION AND AWARDING OF PRIZE(S): Contestants holding a winning scratch card must contact Sponsor at: 615-399-1029 or 1824 Murfreesboro Rd., Nashville, TN 37217 and original winning scratch card must be received by Sponsor no later than (Monday, March 24, 2008, 5:00 PM CST) in order to submit a claim. Contestants submitting a valid original winning scratch card prior to the deadline will be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release which they will be required to complete, sign and return within thirty (30) days. If winner(s) cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize or fails to return the completed and executed Affidavit/Release as required, prize will be forfeited. No unclaimed prizes will be awarded. By participating, a winner, except where prohibited by law, grants (WBUZ/ WVNS/ WYCQ Inc., NHouse, Yamaha/ Suzuki of Cool Springs), and its designee the right to use the winner's name, likeness, picture, portrait, hometown, voice, biographical information and written submissions and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
DISQUALIFICATION:
Any scratch card that is mutilated, altered, copied, hand printed, forged, water damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way, or that contains any computer programming, printing, mechanical or typographical errors, will be considered void and will not be eligible for prize redemption.
