Have you ever had one of those days where you wish you could just take a moment to Woo Saaa…and get your zen on? If we could get a mobile meditation bus here in Nashville, that would be great. “Be Time” is a mobile van that visits one location for the day to provide “meditation for the people.” Now, close your eyes…breath in, breath out…….whoops. Pardon me. Should have taken some gas pills before I decided to get into that pose.
